Just for Laughs

Hello There,
What is it about laughing that makes you feel so much better.   When you see that random person fall?  When your the one to fall!

   *****CAUTION*****

I was out the other night and happened to look up at the right moment!  This guy was walking backwards talking to his girlfriend when he tripped over a CAUTION sign.  In that brief moment I swear I could read his thoughts!  "Ohhhhh Noooooo!!!!"  I know that it only lasted 3 second, but if felt like 5 minutes =)   as I sat at the table watching his girlfriends reaction, I couldn't help myself from laughing.  He was trying to catch his balance without dropping his meal.  He didn't actually fall but the look on his face was priceless!
At this point my boyfriend (who's back was to them) asked me what was funny.  I tried to explain however I couldn't get the words to form.   My boyfriend tells me at this point that he "knows that I am tired"     The couple at this time had taken a seat near us and I could see that the girlfriend was now laughing.  I knew exactly how the guy was feeling.  That warm feeling when your life flashes in front of you.  I found it extremely funny since he had tripped over a CAUTION sign.  I'm sure I laughed for ten minutes and I'm pretty sure he heard me.  That's part of life!  Sometimes you are the one laughing, other times you are the one being laughed at.

   ****SLURPEE*****

My sister and I had walked to the corner store in the middle of winter.  We get our items and start walking back to the house.  About a block down the road I had slipped on some ice and fell flat on my butt, drink in the air and one of my hands was laying across my chest.  The way the snow had been plowed from the street it almost created a "camel hump" so I couldn't get up.  I was a turtle on it's shell.  No help from my sister that sat there pointing and laughing.  After flailing around like a fish out of water, my sister suggest that I set my drink down and then try to get up.  After a few minutes I finally did, my reply to her was "At least I didn't spill my slurpee!"

****Weeble Wobbles*****

I was at work when a co-worker "Blondie" asked if I would like to join her for a smoke and to check out her new car.  As we are getting up another "annoying" co-worker says she would like to go out too.  We both rolled our eyes but what could we really say.  As we are standing outside in the freezing cold trying to smoke as quick as possible, "annoying"  co-worker goes to take a step but loses her footing since underneath the snow is nothing but ice.          Now this girl is as big around as she is tall, and as she is trying to catch her balance she is starting to circle like a weeble wobble.  ( I know this sounds mean,  this is just the best way to get the visual )  then BAM she falls.  At this point both my co-work and I check on "annoying" to see if she is okay while I am trying my hardest not to laugh.  After a few deep breaths "A" tries to get up, still having a difficult time getting her footing because of the ice.  After another 30 seconds or so "blondie" reaches down to help her get up.
Now "B" is maybe 5'2 125LBS and "A" is 4'8 and a big girl.  So there is NO way in hell this is going to happen.  After "A" finally gets up, we ask her again if she is okay and that she needs to file a report of the accident.   She assures us that she is okay and that it's not that big of a deal.  I instantly start laughing or more accurate busting a gut and keep apologizing for laughing because I know it had to have hurt, but Holy Shit that was the funniest thing I have ever seen!  Once "A" was out of sight, "B" came up to me to "thank me for my help"  I told her that I enjoyed watching the situation because if you would have seen it from my point of view,  did she REALLY think she would be able to help "A" up?
All I could think was DAMN I guess they do fall down!!!
